Align
TCMResourceTest1expected values with the current 0x02A message decoder output to resolve test failures. The previous test expectations assumed big-endian decoding for multi-byte fields and the presence of per-core CPU frequency/utilization signals. This PR updates the test to reflect the current little-endian decoding of multi-byte fields and the absence of per-core CPU signals in the 0x02A message output, allowing the test to pass.
