Description

The purpose of this is to record the gpu memory used by each test. I didnt add the memory monitoring/recording code to this PR yet. First I'm measuring how long this workflow takes to run. If its ~4 days, it's obviously out of the question. If it's ~4 hours, maybe it's acceptable-ish?

The memory monitoring/recording script will likely be based on https://github.com/hughperkins/taichi-play/blob/main/tools/monitor_test_mem.py
