Hey, I'm Jorge 👋

Mechatronics Engineering graduate from IPN (UPIITA), based in Mexico City. I build things that sit at the intersection of hardware, software. Interested in IoT systems, embedded firmware, data pipelines and AI agents. I'm drawn to problems where you have to understand the full stack to solve them well.

Currently looking for my first industry role in software development, data engineering or IoT/embedded systems.

🔭 What I'm working on

  • Open Weather Platform — distributed IoT weather platform with ESP32 sensor nodes, MQTT pipeline, time series forecasting and open data integration. Currently on server side.
  • Creating my user-friendly portfolio in Github Pages.
  • Mantaining my kaggle weather dataset.
