Distributions

Ubuntu (>= 12.04): UbuntuLinuxInstall.
Debian (>= 6): InstallFromSource.
Mac OS X (Darwin): InstallFromSource; use the MacPorts package manager.
Other Linux / Unix: InstallFromSource.

Non-UNIX systems are not supported at this time.
