Pull request overview
Adds a dedicated GitHub Actions workflow intended to run “Copilot setup steps” so the environment can be prepared (and validated) before Copilot agent work begins.
Changes:
- Introduces
.github/workflows/copilot-setup-steps.ymlwith manual (workflow_dispatch) and file-change triggers. - Adds steps to check out the repository and install build dependencies via the project’s
DEPENDENCIESscript.
