Second step to make CI a little bit better for this project. This time by fixing the iOS buid that was broken and updating the WASM build to use wasmtime when executing tests for WASM as the WASM Swift toolchain suggests.
The WASM build will fail because we couldn't get the code compatible with WASM yet, but it should work in a next step.
