Move self_metrics out of internal and update imports
6dd9ab4 
Move internal/self_metrics to self_metrics to allow the new provider in
the submodule to import it. Update all import references.
Also update submodule reference to include the new provider.

Why are you moving confgenerator into a submodule? If you're trying to add a dependency from otelopscol, it should be fine to reference confgenerator where it is.

This is just some experimenting i am doing. I wanted the CI to run on this.
