Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released version of Ubuntu (the next LTS release is scheduled for April 2026). Attempting to pull mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 will fail because the image tag does not exist. Keep the base image as ubuntu:24.04.
