- includes abus3rs fix of class specific multipliers not working correctly for PD
- berserkers frenzy attacks currently dont increase enrage (broken by playa); commented it out
- turned blocking the comet into its own thing
- moved the class specific multiplier of bard into its "correct" spot
- removed class specific multiplier bloat from PD
