Installiazation

1. Install PyNeval, follow README of this project: pyneval
2. Clone this project:

git clone https://github.com/bennieHan/webmets.git

3. Install flask Following this document to install flask environment flask
4. move to ./flaskr and run

python web_main.py

5. check your localhost,my address is: http://127.0.0.1:5000/
