Rebuild OpenSynapse runtime with PowerShell 5.1 / WinForms single-process architecture

Summary

• Rebuild the OpenSynapse runtime on a single-process PowerShell 5.1 / WinForms architecture.
• Rename the migrated product, tasks, assets, configuration, and UI to OpenSynapse.
• Preserve legacy state migration from previous installations.
• Integrate DeathAdder V3 Pro HID detection, DPI control, and polling-rate control.
• Update installers, publishing workflow, architecture documentation, parity report, and regression coverage.

Validation

• 20 PowerShell regression tests passed.
• 34 PowerShell files passed parser validation.
• OpenSynapse.Core: 38/38 tests passed.
• OpenSynapse.Agent: 52/52 tests passed.
• Release build completed with 0 warnings and 0 errors.
• dotnet format verification passed.
• Live install, scheduled-task, telemetry, profile, and state-migration validation passed.

Safety boundary

• EC, fan curves, GPU TGP, and MUX state remain untouched.
• Razer mouse writes are restricted to supported DeathAdder V3 Pro HID feature reports.

This PR does not merge directly into main and is ready for review.
