The Python-based Gemini REST API is now fully working and can be used by the frontend using an HTTP POST request containing prompt data. For now it is a very barebones implementation but it works cleanly and gets the job done to seamlessly connect the frontend with the Gemini API. If future functionality is needed then the existing version will be iterated upon.
