thnx for the PR, I would suggest placing it in a separate exchange implementation though, or by extending from the bybit derivatives implementation and overriding the setting from there, so as to keep the mainnet implementation void of testnet-specifics |

I have been running passivbot on the test net of bybit for some time, and I decided to add support for it in the exchange dashboard as well in order to track it.
