Dockerize application for local development
Added Dockerfiles for backend and frontend, plus docker-compose.yml to run MongoDB, backend, and frontend services together. Includes setup documentation (DOCKER.md) and .dockerignore files for optimized builds. Application now runs locally with
docker-compose upon ports 3000 (frontend) and 5001 (backend), eliminating environment mismatch issues.
