Standardized test file formatting and removed result subfolders from initialize script

Changes

• /R/tests: Standardized initialize environment and define output directories code for all test files. Renumbered coding sections in each test file as well.
• /R/scripts/0.0_initialize.R: Removed tables, figures, and models directory definitions. These subfolders are generated in the test scripts for their specific result folders. Defining these subfolders in the initialize script just makes empty subfolders in /R/results

How it Works

• When test files are run, empty subfolders are no longer created in /R/results
