HydraScan is a Python based control software for scaning probe microscopy. It runs on Python 3.
The preferred way to install is from source with python setup.py install. You will need to have setuptools installed:
git clone https://github.com/HydraSpex/HydraScan cd HydraScan python setup.py install
Running Locally Via Github (https://github.com/HydraSpex/HydraScan) (no install). You can run this project locally by following these steps:
Clone/download the repository https://github.com/HydraSpex/HydraScan Open cmd/terminal and cd into the project Execute python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
Now to run the application, execute python HydraScan.py.
