Added support for integration via Carthage and/or Workspace

The way HCKalmanFilter is currently set up only provides for integration through CocoaPods or plain-old manual "moving source files out of version control and adding them to your project".

For a project using Carthage this is less than ideal, if not outright unusable.

HCKalmanFilter is too nice a project to leave it on the table for every other user. 🙃

Please consider adding support for Carthage.

Ps: There is one more step required to make things work with Carthage:

• Create a tag for each version commit (starting from this current merge with 1.2.2).
