Fix: Updates on inference

This PR updates the inference.py to fix small errors that occurred during inference.

Description:

• evaluate_homo and evaluate_hetero only return the f1 score, made changes concerning this.
• precrec=True removed when calling evaluate_homo and evaluate_hetero since there is no parameter called precrec.
• args.avg_tps removed since avg_tps not found.
