…x shutdown When loaded as a shared library inside Python/HDF5, Aws::Http::CleanupHttp() segfaults at process exit because curl's global state is torn down before the HDF5 VOL terminate callback fires. Setting initAndCleanupCurl = false prevents the SDK from managing the curl lifecycle, which is already owned by the host process.
