La nouvelle section "Limitations d'accès public" de trouve en bas de l'étape "Description de la ressource" des formulaires de publication et propose 4 possibilités :
Par défaut il n'y a pas de restriction et aucune autre information n'est à fournir par l'utilisateur :
Si on choisit licence ouverte, on a un remplissage par défaut de 2 champs (modifiables) :
Si on choisit une limitation au titre de la directive INSPIRE le choix est contraint :
Mais en laissant la possibilité, comme pour le dernier cas "Autres conditions d'accès ou d'usage" de saisir des limitations à la main :
