This pull request includes updating the readme.md file from the ./templates directory.
At the same time, we've decided to include the information on creating and editing custom skins and styles in the delos repository. This update now provides more comprehensive information on creating and editing skins and styles, as well as examples. To make it easier for new users to find the documentation for custom skins and styles, the readme.md file and the coding style guides are copied to the delos repository, serving as a central entry point for this topic.
For this reason, the build script had to be adjusted to also copy the necessary .md files.
