Adds an MIT
LICENSEfile at the repo root (previously unlicensed).Why
The
IPA-Patchorg now standardises on MIT (BicSkin, Chinlan alreadycarry it). Adding it here brings PiyoShot in line so GitHub can render
the license badge and downstream consumers have an unambiguous grant.
