NoteTaker-Py Version v1.0.0-beta.1

This is the initial beta release for the python command line application for the automatic video note-taker. This application takes any YouTube video (this script can be modified for other videos) and takes bullet pointed notes on it. Currently, the output is only a txt file for the notes, but future releases will improve the output.
