During synchronization, stop deleting every survey units from IDB.
Delete only survey units that are not affected to the user anymore => compare the current local store and the list of survey units given by API when getting them
Nb : now for survey units that we keep, we still put & update them locally (but we don't delete them anymore before getting again)
