…rlays Apply iohkNix.overlays.crypto before haskell.nix and haskell-nix-crypto after so that libblst/libsodium-vrf/secp256k1 are available in the pkg-config database during plan resolution, allowing cabal to select modern versions of cardano-crypto-class. Also override pkgconfig for cardano-crypto-praos and cardano-crypto-class build components.
