Summary

Replace repeated admin HTML tables with a shared table component.
Add live smoke-check script wiring and demo checklist command.
Improve selected contrast styles in admin and faculty surfaces.

Validation

npm run lint
npm test -- --run
npm run build

Notes

The untracked archive/ handoff folder is intentionally left out of this PR.
