Hi there 👋

I am Abdul Noor, also known as Ismail! I am a Software Engineering graduate passionate about fintech and an interest in Web3/DeFi.

Recently completing my dissertation on the intersection of blockchain technology and modern online banking, I'm focused on developing innovative finance solutions that leverage emerging technologies. My dissertation work has sparked a deeper curiosity in blockchain technology and I'm particularly interested in applying these concepts across different areas within finance, exploring concepts like smart contracts.

Most recently I built and shipped NotifX, a live App Store app helping traders stay ahead of market-moving economic events. I designed and built the entire backend infrastructure from the ground up, engineering a smart notification system that adapts in real time to user preferences and delivers alerts reliably at exactly the right moment 📈
