docs(prd): add Phase 2 Quantitative Value PRD

Summary

• Adds the Phase 2 PRD at docs/mvp/prds/phase2/prd.md, capturing the post-demo roadmap: Quantitative Value production funnel (forensics → EBIT/TEV → FS-Score → ~50 names), AWS deployment in two increments, light then full backtest, and QV-aligned sell-watch.
• Indexes the new PRD in docs/README.md.
• Complements parent tracker issue PRD: MVP Phase 2 — Quantitative Value, Cloud, Backtest, Sell-Watch #85; implementation is broken into vertical slices Phase 2: Quantitative Value feature spec and glossary #86–Phase 2b: SES sell alerts, Streamlit on AWS, orchestration #101.

Test plan

• Docs-only change; no code or CI behavior affected
• Review PRD scope and phasing (2a vs 2b) against docs/mvp/architecture/architecture.md
• Confirm issue breakdown Phase 2: Quantitative Value feature spec and glossary #86–Phase 2b: SES sell alerts, Streamlit on AWS, orchestration #101 still matches intended delivery order
