J Journal is a simple, secure, and offline journal app built with Python. It allows you to write and save private thoughts, notes, or logs—protected by a password that you set directly in the app. No online accounts. No exposed text files. Just safe and personal journaling.

Requires password to access journal entries

All data stored securely

Lightweight and fast

No internet connection required

How It Works Upon first launch, you'll be prompted to set a password. Every time you open the app afterward, you’ll need that password to unlock and access your journal. It's expected for you to see this upon launch: Screenshot (261) just click "Run anyway"
