Part of the PyAutoBuild → PyAutoHands repository rename. Updates cross-repo references (GitHub slug PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBuild → PyAutoLabs/PyAutoHands and the on-disk sibling directory ../PyAutoBuild → ../PyAutoHands) now that the repo is renamed. The autobuild package/CLI name is unchanged (only the directory prefix and repo/brand change). Pushed via the GitHub API because this environment's checkout is shallow and the proxy blocks deepening/re-cloning, which prevents a normal git push.
