Feature request: read file metadata and compare

Hey, thinking if Sortarr could read media file metadata and have it displayed in the table
Probably it's a lot to implement and would take a lot of resources.

Idea is that Sortarr has media directory mounted in read only mode just to be safe, use ffmeg to read all media metadata and display in the table.
Optionally would love to have comparison between radarr/sonarr and file metadata and show any mismatches

I have noticed that radarr/sonarr does not update fully when files getting transcoded, even after refresh. Only method is to reimport media that fully updates metadata

Let me know if something like that is doable and any additional information is needed.
Putting it in discussion section first to see if possible
