Instead of having only one default combination of engines, now an arbitrary amount of combinations under custom names is supported.
Adds a "Delete" button for removing an engine preset
This lets the user select events with their keyboard.

These commits make it so the user can save multiple "presets" of engines and select them through a drop-down menu, rather than only one default combination of engines.
(This is my first go at a JS patch; sorry if I accidentally diverged from your preferred style or anything!)
