Adopt short-lived PR delivery, evidence-gated roadmap boundaries, and full-history secret scanning.
Keep disposable video clips on one exact A/V clock and place Preview, adaptive VMAF, and Personal quality samples on the primary picture duration.
Rebase decoded source and candidate timelines before FFmpeg cadence normalisation so container timestamp origins cannot manufacture adjacent-frame VMAF comparisons. Validated on Riker against completed QSV H.264, QSV HEVC, and software AV1 Personal Quality Check samples.
Update Playwright, Svelte, svelte-check, and Node typings together with their generated lockfile changes. Reviewed against the repository's Node 24 CI and Node 26 production build; all browser, type, security, and container checks pass.
