Outcome

Optimisarr 0.2.10 promotes the verified Personal quality fixes from dev to
main. Checks no longer appear trapped near 4% by recursively running Adaptive
per-title VMAF, anonymous candidates resolve their complete named preset, and
the comparison viewer remains usable on narrow phones and landscape screens.

Included

• keep disposable calibration scenes on each preset's concrete configured quality
• retain structural verification and measure-only VMAF evidence for completed scenes
• isolate codec, container, HDR, audio codec, bitrate, and downmix settings per candidate
• apply a revealed recommendation through the same server-owned preset bundle
• make the video/image grading stage width-driven and fullscreen-safe
• enforce release metadata alignment between the application, OpenAPI, changelog, branches, and tags

Excluded

• no database migration or configuration change
• no change to normal-job or Preview Adaptive per-title VMAF behaviour
• no weakening of verification or source-file safety
• no change to the safe MP4-to-MKV fallback required by retained image subtitles

Verification

• full 4K Fight Club Personal quality check completed on Riker with monotonic
  progress, distinct candidate resources, native video.currentSrc evidence,
  and no verification failure

The unchanged NVENC Bash harness requires Bash 4's mapfile, which macOS's
system Bash does not provide. It remains an explicit Ubuntu CI gate on this PR.

Safety and update impact

There is no migration and no required operator action. Personal quality clips
remain disposable and replacement-ineligible; original media remains read-only.
