The code says MaxTouchPoints instead of maxTouchPoints. Making it unable to detect whether the device is a touch device in certain cases (IE Edge with a touch-enabled laptop).

There's a typo in isTouchdevice, making it so that it is unable to detect if a device is a touch device in certain cases. For example on IE-edge with a touch-enabled laptop.
I decapitalized the word.
