This is a private course review space for STAT530 Bioinformatics taught by Dr. Dave Zhao in UIUC. Topics include GWAS, eQTL, and RNA-seq. Material organized around recently published research papers. Emphasis on 1) formulating biological questions into statistical problems, 2) conceptual understanding of the statistical techniques used to solve those problems, and 3) practical implementation.
