Mirrored in the upstream repo here: JohnnyMorganz/Luau.tmLanguage#26. Adds the new math constants introduced in this RFC: https://rfcs.luau.org/math-constants.html. Was also hitting a build issue in CI that was caused by us not defining the new `Luau.Bytecode` target added in 0.718, so I've added that here.
