Migrate shared workflow and action coordinates to the JorisJonkers-dev organization for the v0.6.0 barrier release. Add reusable Node, Python, Nix, Docker image, container publish, and GitOps CI workflows for downstream consumers. Replace Renovate with the shared preset and seed release-please with the migration bootstrap SHA.
