This PR upgrades the simulation environment to MuJoCo 3.4.0.
Key Changes:
Dependency: Updated requirements.txt (MuJoCo 3.4.0).
Core: Refactored khrylib and design_opt for API compatibility.
Assets: Updated XML files in assets/mujoco_envs/.
Docs: Added new documentation in docs/ folder.
