TODO: before we release v1.4, I will check that the recent changes do not break the test suites of FSA reverse dependencies.

• direct dependents

  • CliqueTrees: tests pass

    • CausalInference: tests pass
    • EinExprs: tests fail independently of FSA version
    • IncrementalInference: several floating-point comparison tests fail, I assume they are just flaky. I did not wait for the entire test suite to finish as it was taking too much time.
    • MathOptChordalDecomposition: tests were passing for some time when I interrupted the test suite because it was taking too long
    • NCTSSoS: several isapprox tests fail, I assume they are just flaky. I did not wait for the entire test suite to finish as it was taking too much time.
    • OMEinsumContractionOrders: tests pass
    • WiringDiagrams: tests pass

  • Eternity2Puzzles: tests pass

  • GeoAACGM: giving up on this package, the test suite fails for an unrelated reason, I think because of a missing binary dep
