Remove the unused CompatHelper workflow (.toml extension meant it was not running as a GitHub Action) and add a Julia package-ecosystem entry to dependabot.yml for automated [compat] bound updates. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
