Improve the description for FastInterpolations.jl, as requested - sorry for the previous brevity.
To try to atone for my previous lazy PR, I also updated Dierckx.jl description to include links to the Fortran library and scipy.interpolate documentation. Hopefully I didn't make thing worst by doing two (very minor) things in one PR...
