Haven't been able to test in game yet, but first thoughts
HandleVX to pfh. Removed bug. GiveUntiScba changed to event. HandleVX added macros. enableSCBA changed systemchat to ace formated text.
Corrected typos and improved clarity in the Chemical.md documentation.
