Updates the authoritative Makalu extra-work tracker after PR #80 merged.

Verified state

• PR feat(faucet): fail closed for underfunded assets #80 merged as ef5092812cddc591836657cea6197f8aa2f46fac
• All reported PR checks/statuses passed
• Live faucet still serves the previous payload
• Faucet is absent from immutable image publishing and the Makalu deployment trigger
• Protected VPS deploy/rollback wrapper currently covers only web/API

No deployment or funding completion is claimed. MX-02 remains open until the pipeline/wrapper deploy the faucet, all ten LEP-100 assets are funded, live claims pass, and alert ownership is recorded.
