Added support for chapter, so a pack can be marked as chapter 1 or 2, currently just for the new core set, and is currently optional.
Also added a replaced flag, to mark all the old packs as replaced, so they can be displayed seperately to clean up the pack lists for most recent players.
Also added virtual packs for the reprints, which list which packs and types of cards they reprint.
