Spigot Thermal Solver

Real-time 3D thermal simulation. Deterministic. No GPU required.

Spigot delivers exact thermal field results for semiconductor and power electronics design — not approximations. Same inputs, same outputs, every time.

Requirements

  • Windows x64
  • Python 3.13
  • 4 GB RAM minimum

Install

install.bat

That's it. The installer handles all dependencies and activates your 15-day trial.

Demos

After installing, run from the demos/ folder:

Demo What it shows
python demo_vendor.py 3D thermal solve, material properties, reliability analysis
python demo_lfm_inference.py Field inference across physical scales
python thermal_control_demo_fixed.py Closed-loop chip cooling with throttle control
python validation_benchmark.py Accuracy validation against analytical solutions

Trial

The 15-day trial is hardware-bound to your machine from first run. Time rollback attempts void the license.

Performance

Grid Cells Throughput
32³ 32,768 125M+ cell-updates/sec
64³ 262,144 130M+ cell-updates/sec
128³ 2,097,152 150M+ cell-updates/sec

Runs on CPU. No CUDA, no cloud, no dependencies beyond Python.

Use Cases

  • Semiconductor thermal modeling (TCAD replacement)
  • Power electronics design iteration
  • Chip thermal management and throttle control
  • Device reliability prediction (Arrhenius)
  • OCP/NVIDIA telemetry integration

Spigot is proprietary software. Redistribution prohibited. Trial use only until licensed.
