Learn how to create a fork request ,modify the file extension and pull request.

What is to be done

Create a Fork request(It's really easy, just press the fork buttom on the top of the main repository page).
Goto a folder, select a file and rename it from .java to .cpp, click on Commit Changes it with changes mentioned in the boxes above it.
Goto Pull Request page.
Click on New Pull Request and again click on Create pull request. DONE!!
