Document Compact receipt compilation proof

Summary

• document the pinned Compact compile commands and generated artifact classes for the receipt registry
• restore the English login shell expected by the current smoke test after the latest main branch regression
• keep generated managed artifacts ignored and outside Git

Notes

• No live Midnight preprod mutation was performed.
• Local Docker Midnight environment startup was attempted, but the indexer exited with: Cannot construct OnlineClientAtBlock: block number 1 not found. Containers were stopped with docker compose down.
• Generated contracts/managed artifacts are ignored and not committed.
