Changes:

  • use pyproject.toml
  • Add ci workflow and pre-commit checks
  • Update README
  • Add Girder plugin that brings new models and resources to manipulate BIDS datasets
  • Update CLI: work with or without using the Girder plugin, added a project script to add bids-importercli
