Feature/better maximisation

For #15

Behavioural Changes:

• Should expose two new options for shortcuts in the settings
• Those shortcuts should allow for bringing the active window into maximisation while retaining the background formation for easy revert on second press. Should also automatically revert to standart layout on another window opening on the same monitor to allow for instant view.
• Removes the maximisation buttons of applications as those are just overruled anyway. (They return on disabling the extension)
